We make healthy eating simple. Each week, you choose meals from our rotating menu. We cook them fresh, then deliver them right to your door—ready to heat and eat in minutes. No shopping, no cooking, no cleanup.

We currently deliver to Kailua-Kona, Holualoa, Kealekekua, Captain Cook, Waikoloa, Waikoloa Village, Waimea, and parts of the Kohala Coast. You can check if we serve your area by entering your zip code at checkout.

Meals arrive fresh and fully cooked. Just keep them refrigerated and enjoy them within 4–6 days. Reheat in the microwave for 2–3 minutes. Please remove lid prior to reheating.

We label all allergens clearly on each meal. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, please note that all meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. If you have severe allergies, please reach out before ordering.

Yes! You can order one-time or subscribe weekly to save time and money. Subscriptions are flexible—you can pick and choose your meals. You can also pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

You can cancel or make changes to your order up until 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick up. If something goes wrong, please reach out—we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Our pickup hours are Tuesdays and Fridays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Simply select “Pickup” at checkout and visit us during those times. We'll have your meals packed and ready for you.
